I joined the 50hr Yin Teacher Training as a teacher to refresh my knowledge and feel fresh again in my teachings. I definitely feel more confident and learnt so much! Namaste, my name is Aaron Petty, and Iâm the co-founder of Om Som Yoga & Ayurveda. With over a decade of practice, study and teaching experience, Iâve guided thousands of people on the path of Yoga and Meditationâhelping them reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and cultivate a more balanced way of living.
